Shipping & Deployment Policy

At Camosignal, we understand that when you order your gear, you want it ready for the field as soon as possible. Because our products are made-to-order (hand-printed and precision-crafted just for you), our shipping process consists of two tactical phases:

Mission Preparation (Processing Time)

Once your order is deployed, it goes into production.

  • Standard Processing: 1 – 3 business days.
  • During peak seasons or high-demand "drops," processing may take up to 5 business days. We prioritize quality to ensure your gear stands up to the mission.

Transit & Delivery (Shipping Time)

After your gear passes final inspection, it is handed over to our logistics carriers.

  • Domestic Fulfillment (U.S.-Based): 3 – 5 business days.
  • Extended Fulfillment: 7 – 15 business days (Used for selected items depending on production method and availability).

Note: Total delivery time = Processing Time + Shipping Time.

Order Intelligence (Tracking)

As soon as your package leaves our facility, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking "Intel" to update in the carrier's system.

Shipping Rates

  • Standard Shipping: $5.45 for all domestic orders.
  • Free Deployment: We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $70.

Tactical Accuracy (Shipping Address)

Please double-check your shipping coordinates (address) before finalizing your order. Camosignal is not responsible for gear delivered to the wrong location due to incorrect input. If you spot an error, contact our Field Support Team immediately at support.camosignal@gmail.com.

Lost or Damaged Gear

If your order is lost in transit or arrives "Battle-Damaged," please reach out to us within 7 days of the scheduled delivery date. We will investigate the situation and ensure you are properly equipped.
