Holidays, weekends, or force majeure events such as severe weather or carrier strikes may cause delays. We will notify customers in advance if any delay occurs.
Return / Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or refund, your request must meet all of the following conditions:
- The request must be submitted within 7 days from the date the order is marked as delivered.
- The product must be intact, unused, and free from damage caused by the buyer.
- Original packaging, labels, accessories, and included gifts, if any, must be kept.
- The buyer must provide the order number and relevant proof, such as product photos / videos, invoice, etc.
- The product must not fall under the excluded categories listed below.
Requests that do not meet the above conditions may be rejected.
Shipping Methods
Standard Shipping
Delivery time: 5-7 days after the order has been processed.
No additional fees apply other than the standard shipping fee displayed at checkout.
Express Shipping
Delivery time: 3-5 days after the order has been processed.
An express shipping surcharge applies and will be clearly displayed before payment confirmation.
Note: Shipping time is counted after the order processing period is completed.
Buyer Error / Change of Mind
This applies when the buyer voluntarily requests a return for personal reasons, such as ordering the wrong product / size / color, changing their mind, no longer needing the product, etc.

This amount will be deducted directly from the refund. The remaining balance will be refunded after the process is completed.
Return process
- Contact us with your order number and reason for the return.
- Wait for confirmation and packing / return instructions from our support team.
- Send the product back to the provided return address.
- After the returned item is inspected, we will process the refund, minus shipping fees, within 3-7 business days.
Seller Error
This applies when the product received has an issue caused by the seller, such as the wrong product, wrong size / color, technical defect, damage during shipping, product not matching the description, etc.
Buyer Benefits
- The buyer will not be responsible for any costs related to the return.
- The buyer may choose either a replacement or a refund.
Replacement
The seller will cover all shipping costs for the replacement order. The buyer does not need to pay any additional fees. The replacement product will be shipped according to the standard shipping timeframe from the date the request is confirmed.
Refund
The buyer will receive a 100% refund of the amount paid for the order. No shipping fees or other fees will be deducted.
Process
- Take clear photos / videos showing the product issue.
- Contact us within 7 days from the date of receiving the item, including proof and your order number.
- Our support team will review and respond within 1-2 business days.
- Once the request is approved, choose your preferred resolution: replacement or refund.
- Follow the instructions provided by our support team.
The buyer must provide complete information and evidence of the product issue, and the return must be officially approved by the seller before any item is sent back. Returns sent without prior confirmation will not be processed.
Order Cancellation
Cancellation requests are only accepted when the order has not yet been processed, packed, or handed over to the shipping carrier, and official approval has been received from the seller.
- Contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
- Provide your order number and reason for cancellation.
- Wait for a response and confirmation from our support team.
- If approved, the order will be canceled and payment will be refunded within 3-7 business days.
Orders that have already been processed or are in transit cannot be canceled. In this case, please refer to the Buyer Error or Seller Error sections.
Non-Returnable Cases
- The request is submitted more than 7 days after the order is marked as delivered.
- The product has been used, damaged, scratched, or is missing accessories due to the buyer's fault.
- Valid proof of the product issue cannot be provided, in cases involving seller error.
- The product does not have an invoice, order number, or verification information.
- The product belongs to a non-returnable category, such as special promotional items, personalized products, etc. Any special conditions will be clearly stated on the product page.
- The buyer returns the product without receiving official confirmation from the seller.
Refunds
Refund method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used when placing the order, such as credit card, e-wallet, bank transfer, etc.
Refund time
Refunds are processed within 3-7 business days after the refund request is confirmed and the returned item, if applicable, has been inspected. The actual refund time may depend on the buyer's bank or payment provider.
